1. Stall Allocation: The organizers reserve the right to modify stall numbers, layout, or location to comply with safety regulations, fire norms, or to improve space utilization.

2. Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm booking. Stall possession will be granted only after 100% payment of the total contract value.

3. Use of Space: All display materials must remain within the allocated stall area. Blocking aisles, emergency exits, or other exhibitors’ visibility is strictly prohibited.

4. Insurance: The exhibitor is responsible for insuring their goods, equipment, staff, and third-party liabilities. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

5. Cancellation: Cancellations made by exhibitors will result in forfeiture of payments. If the organizer cancels the event, a refund (after deducting administrative charges) will be processed.

6. Prohibited Items: High-decibel audio, hazardous or flammable materials, and unauthorized food sampling are not permitted without prior written approval.
